Hola, me llamo Senora Jones. I will be teaching Spanish to our Kindergarten through 4th grade students this year! I am so excited to be beginning my 6th year here at St. Susanna! I grew up in Plainfield where I graduated from Plainfield High School in 2003. I attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois for college. After graduating from Olivet with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish, I thought I would never return to Plainfield. However, God had other plans for me and I moved back home to Plainfield where I taught first grade for four years at Van Buren Elementary. After my first year of teaching, I met my wonderful husband Greg! We were married in 2009 and have grown to be a family of five! We have three precious blessings: Nolan (5), Macy (3), and Claire (1)! When I’m not at St. Sue teaching, I’m busy at home being wife and mommy! I also enjoy reading, crafting, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. I am looking forward to another wonderful year of Spanish!
