I’m excited to be in my fifth year here at St Susanna! I began my teaching career in 2005, and I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades before joining the Spartan family. I’ve been preparing students for 5th grade for quite some time! I also have experience in the mental health field as I spent an entire year working as a school based social worker in my hometown, Crawfordsville. My first years of teaching were at St. Bernard Catholic School in Crawfordsville. I loved teaching in a Catholic school, but I also have taught in a public school, Turkey Run Elementary School. Each year, I look forward to helping students grow academically and spiritually. I live in Plainfield with my husband, Adam, and two children (Ruthie 6 and AJ 4). Ruthie is currently in 1st grade and AJ is in Preschool here at St. Susanna. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching and playing softball, watching my kids participate in dance and sports, and making crafts of all kinds.
