Joseph Bauer

Hello! My name is Joseph Bauer. It is a joy to join the St. Susanna teaching staff. I moved to Plainfield 3 years ago from Wichita, KS. During my time in Wichita I earned my masters in theology from Newman University. I have been married 6 years to my wife whom I met at Purdue during a church mission trip. I have been blessed with two girls, the oldest attends kindergarten at St. Susanna. I have nearly a decade of experience volunteering in youth groups. Currently I am a catechist at St. Susanna, helping to get high schoolers geared up for confirmation. In my spare time I enjoy playing basketball and spending time outside running, playing ultimate frisbee, hiking, camping or at the lake. I look forward to sharing the Catholic faith with the middle school students.
