This will be my second year as Assistant Principal. Previously, I have been a Middle School Math Teacher. I believe that all students have God given gifts that must be nurtured and developed in a caring learning environment. St. Susanna's staff strives to provide that for each and every student in our care and why I know this is where I am called to be.
I am originally from South Dakota and have lived in Plainfield for six years and am a member at St. Susanna Parish. My family includes my husband, James, and 3 kids, Andrew, Cooper, and Natalie. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and my graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Notre Dame. I have taught 6th through 8th-grade math, 6th-grade reading, 8th-grade algebra, and 2nd & 5th grade. I enjoy reading, hiking, and playing games with my family in my free time.
I look forward to another great year serving the families at St. Susanna.
