Hello, I am Morgan Rodebaugh and I will be teaching third grade at Saint Susanna this year. This is my fifth year teaching at Saint Susanna, and my tenth year of teaching overall. Over the years I have taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 4th and 5th grade title one for reading and math support, 6th grade middle school math, 2nd and 3rd grade resource teacher, 2nd grade teacher, and 3rd grade teacher, and 4th grade. I am so excited to be teaching third grade for my second year! This will be a year of amazing growth, and I love watching the students take on a true love of learning.
I was born in Hagatna, Guam on a U.S. Navy military base, but was raised most of my life on the west side of Indianapolis. In school, I played soccer, ran track, bowled, played viola in the middle/high school orchestra, was the sports editor/writer on the school newspaper, and was a part of the Academic Honor’s Society. I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Elementary Education K-6th grade, and concentration areas in kindergarten and social studies.
My husband Wayne and I have three beautiful children. Wayne III (8) will be in second grade this year, Nyla (7) will be in first grade, and Dessy just turned four in July living her best life!
My passion is being a mom and teaching, but in my free time I enjoy bowling, trying new things, being outside, going to the movies, and traveling with my family!
