Hello, I am Morgan Rodebaugh and I will be teaching fourth grade at Saint Susanna. This is my fourth year teaching at Saint Susanna, and my eighth year of teaching overall. Over the years I have taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 4th and 5th grade title one for reading and math support, 6th grade middle school math, 2nd and 3rd grade resource teacher, 2nd grade teacher, and 3rd grade teacher. I am so excited to be teaching in fourth grade this year! This will be a year of amazing growth, and I love watching the students take on a true love of learning.
I was born in Hagatna, Guam on a U.S. Navy military base, but was raised most of my life on the west side of Indianapolis. In school, I played soccer, ran track, bowled, played viola in the middle/high school orchestra, was the sports editor/writer on the school newspaper, and was a part of the Academic Honor’s Society. I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Elementary Education K-6th grade, and concentration areas in kindergarten and social studies.
My husband Wayne and I have three beautiful children. Wayne III (7) will be in first grade this year, Nyla (6) will be in Kindergarten, and Dessy just turned three in July living her best three-nager life!
My passion is being a mom and teaching, but in my free time I enjoy bowling, trying new things, being outside, going to the movies, and traveling with my family!
